ShoreSpaces is a Caribbean property rental and sales platform that connects property owners, agents, buyers, and renters. We provide a marketplace for property listings but do not directly participate in property transactions.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Property Listings

Users who list properties must ensure all information is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. ShoreSpaces reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies. All listings are subject to review before being made public.

5. Agent Verification

Agents must provide valid license information. Verification is performed by our admin team and the verified badge indicates completed verification only, not endorsement.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: post fraudulent listings, harass other users, use the platform for illegal purposes, scrape or misuse platform data, or circumvent platform features.

7. Limitation of Liability

ShoreSpaces is not responsible for the accuracy of property listings, the outcome of property transactions, or disputes between users. Users engage in property transactions at their own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
